Grip
- Place the discus in the palm of your hand with all 5 fingers wrapping around it. Don't keep your fingers close together
keep your feet low and dont step out of the circle, move fast as you get the hang of it
aim 3 times by your arm that there is no discus in, in the direction you want to throw, do a 90 degree spin while doing it.
Release the discus with your thumb in line with your arm
